Knowledge lived across drives, decks, and Slack, so every RFP meant two weeks of coordination across product, security, and legal. General AI tools and an internal build still had to be verified line by line.
The solution

Cresta ran the same 41-question RFP through Iris, Glean, Claude, and ChatGPT, then graded every answer by hand. Iris returned 28 answers usable as-is, with zero needing major rework; the seven it couldn't answer were left blank and routed to an expert instead of bluffed. Glean, Claude, and ChatGPT needed edits on over 80% of their answers, with 12, 14, and 33 responses respectively requiring major rework.
The Iris Admin creates the request and routes questions, with SE, product, security, and legal contributing as experts inside the same system: answers cited to their source, tailored by preset and custom instruction, and connected to the stack via Gong for deal context and Google Drive for the Knowledge Map, with Salesforce and portal questionnaires coming online.
